to say this family has had a rough few months is a bit of an understatement. baby ethan broke his femur, dad darby was badly injured in a softball game, and puppy gus had to spend time at the emergency vet for eating plastic dog toys. all within a few short weeks. darby, jennifer, aidan and ethan are one of my favorite families and photos have become an annual event for them. i’m hoping these photos are a bright spot to remember this otherwise troublesome year.
