inspired by lovely tara whitney, i decided to take on a new personal project this year with my sister’s family. photographing them has always been my greatest challenge. i’m the crazy aunt with the camera to my nephew and nieces and “sessions” with them last about 10 minutes on a good day. i may be glutton for punishment with this, but it’s something i’d really like to get better at. and i know it’s something my sis and bro-in-law will cherish.
